Help drive Cal Cities’ 2023 legislative agenda

Oct 5, 2022

Cal Cities’ advocacy efforts depend on member input to be successful. Tell us about the issues facing your city through our Legislative Priorities Membership Survey.

The League of California Cities is seeking feedback on the biggest issues facing cities in the next three years through its Legislative Priorities Membership Survey. Members have until Oct. 31 to complete the short, online survey.

This survey is an important source of information for Cal Cities. The feedback received plays a crucial role in setting the Cal Cities Action Agenda and developing member-informed legislative priorities. In order to represent the diversity of California’s cities, officials from all member cities are encouraged to participate.

The 2023 Action Agenda, consisting of Cal Cities’ top legislative priorities, will be adopted by the Board of Directors in December. Legislative priority-setting is a central element of the December board meeting, as the priorities established at the meeting set the course for the organization for the coming year.

Cal Cities’ effectiveness as the leading voice of California cities is only possible when we focus on the common interests of our members, making your feedback vital.

The survey will close on Monday, Oct. 31. For more information about the survey, please email membership@calcities.org.
