Women's Caucus
The League of California Cities Women’s Caucus is a nonpartisan and multicultural organization of local public officials who are dedicated to advancing and empowering women as leaders and advocating for issues that improve the well-being of women and our constituents throughout the state.

To that end, the Caucus has established the following goals:
- Offer, as an overarching objective, support and value to our members
- Provide educational and leadership development opportunities
- Foster sustainable partnerships and collaborative opportunities to accomplish common goals
- Provide mentoring and networking opportunities
- Support targeted policies that benefit women
- Maintain and increase fundraising to sustain Caucus activities
