The Central Valley Division includes 26 cities in Calaveras, Merced, Madera, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne counties and provides members with the opportunity to exchange ideas and information and share the advantages of cooperative advocacy.

Division Officers/ Members
The division is guided by an executive committee under the leadership of a division president. Elected city officials and professional city staff attend division meetings throughout the year to share what they are doing and advocate for their interests in Sacramento. Division members also participate in the development of Cal Cities policy through representation on:

  • The Cal Cities board of directors;
  • Policy committees;
  • The Annual Conference Resolution committee; and
  • The Annual Conference Program committee.

    Division Affiliates

    The League of California Cities, Central Valley Division (CVD) Affiliates Program is designed to both enhance existing partnership opportunities with the Division, as well as to broaden the avenues for communication and collaboration between the Division, its members, and the public and private sectors. Division Affiliates experience expanded visibility and interaction with Division members. Affiliates support all events throughout the year starting the date that payment is received. Current Affiliates include:
