California Civic Leadership Institute

The California Civic Leadership Institute (CCLI) is the League of California Cities’ premier leadership development program for local elected officials and community leaders preparing for potential service in the California State Legislature.

Since 2005, CCLI has brought together thought leaders, experienced public officials, and policy experts to engage with emerging leaders on California’s political climate, policy landscape, and the opportunities and challenges of serving in the Legislature.

Through these experiences, CCLI equips local leaders with the knowledge, relationships, and perspectives needed to serve effectively at the state level. Learn more about the Institute here.
