Land Use Planning and Standards for New and Expanded Warehouses (AB 98)

Cal Cities is hosting a deep dive into AB 98 (J. Carrillo, Reyes), a law that limits new and expanded warehouses as early as Jan. 1, 2026, for some cities and Jan. 1, 2028, for others. City leaders, staff, and planners will get an overview of the law’s standards and specific requirements local jurisdictions will need to meet.
