Southern California Contractors Association

Established in 1974, the Southern California Contractors Association is an all-union trade association of commercial engineering contractors. Contractor membership ranges from very large highway contractors to small DBE specialty contractors. SCCA contractors are located in Southern California but construct infrastructure projects across the state. Project types include grading, street and highway construction, water infrastructure and airport infrastructure improvements. SCCA members participate in both public and private works. SCCA contractors annually log approximately 12 million employee-hours of public works construction.
