Aviation industry executive leader Stephanie Chung will share tips for leading diverse teams, and futurist Greg Lindsay will discuss how to build for a warmer future at this year’s Annual Conference and Expo. Held in Anaheim, Sept. 23-25, the annual conference equips city leaders with the cutting-edge knowledge, resources, and tools they need to support their communities.

Stephanie Chung, an executive leader with energy and experience leading diverse teams, will kick off the conference on Wednesday. Chung will share short-term motivation tips that lead to long-term success and outline how leaders can build trust and influence outcomes through conversation.

Then on Thursday, Greg Lindsay, an urbanist and futurist, will talk about where we will live in an increasingly warmer future. Lindsay, who combined science, demographic data, and artificial intelligence to predict where climate-resilient communities will be, will discuss how to build with intention for the future.
