Registration Now Open for Two Mayors and Council Members League Events

The Mayors & Council Members Executive Forum, taking place in Newport Beach, June 19 – 20, followed immediately by the Advanced Leadership Workshops on June 21.
 
MCM Executive Forum:  Wednesday, June 19 – Thursday, June 20
 
This two-day conference is designed for elected officials who are interested in cutting-edge approaches to challenges facing cities. Learn about a wide range of topics, including homelessness, land use planning, workforce development, trends in economic development and council-manager relations. See what all the conference has to offer by viewing the agenda and full list of educational sessions.
 
MCM Advanced Leadership Workshops:  Friday, June 21
 
For those of you who wish to stay for more education on Friday, then the Advanced Leadership Workshops are for you. Choose between three informational and interactive workshops:

• City Finances — What You Need to Know;
• Cannabis Regulation: Best Practices For Your City; or
• Level Up Your Leadership: Mastering Your Role as a Council Member, Community Leader and Colleague.

Workshops will be held between 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and include breakfast and lunch. Class size is limited to 100 participants each.
 
Register early, as space is limited. There is a separate registration for both events.
