Drug-related deaths have become a crisis spanning across California’s communities. With fentanyl use and related overdoses on the rise, cities must ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to combat it in a meaningful way. The League of California Cities Board of Directors recently approved a key policy statement permitting the support of measures that will assist cities in addressing substance use. Join the Cal Cities roundtable on March 15 to discuss issues relating to fentanyl and share ideas toward increasing awareness within our communities.
