Join us for a Women in Public Works Roundtable Discussion on the representation of women in the public works field! Public Works Departments are often male dominated, especially at the director level. During this Roundtable, we will discuss ways to address this gap and other important topics for being or supporting women in public works. This is a member driven discussion, so let us know what topics and questions you want to discuss here.
Topics for discussion will include:

- How to increase the representation of women in public works
- How to discuss the gender imbalance in your office
