Join us for a Personnel and Employee Relations Roundtable Discussion Tuesday, May 10. This Roundtable serves as an important time to join your colleagues and discuss how our cities are addressing pressing issues across the state. Our Roundtables are designed for you, so make sure to let us know if there is a topic you’d like to discuss here.

Topics for discussion will include:

  • Staff recruitment and retention challenges 
  • Work models: how does work look in your city (hybrid, in-person, remote)? 
  • How are you promoting team bonding and morale?
