    Register Now

Per your request, we are going to hold another Solid Waste and Recycling Roundtable! Join us on July 28 at 3 p.m. as we continue to discuss all the important issues that cities are facing in this critical area. Don’t face these challenges alone, hear from colleagues during this conversation about their approaches and ask questions about challenges you may be facing. This Roundtable is open to all Cal Cities members who work or have interest in waste management.

Some topics we currently plan to cover include:

    • Case management software for SB 1383
    • Procurement requirements
    • The Bottle Bill
    • Solid waste and recycling legislation
    • Solid waste handling

Roundtable discussions are member driven. If you have another topic you would like to discuss, let us know.

Moderator: Rene Guerrero, Public Works Director, City of Pomona

Derek Dolfie, Cal Cities Legislative Representative, will be participating to hear what your city is doing and get your feedback.

Roundtable Discussions are available as an exclusive member benefit and are open to Cal Cities member cities only. Discussions are member driven and will not be recorded. For more information on Roundtable Discussions, please email Meghan McKelvey. For questions specific to registration, please contact Cal Cities’ Registrar Megan Dunn.
